An executive search firm wanted to get polished, on-brand candidate CVs in front of clients faster. The problem: every CV was reformatted into their house style by hand — hours of work per document before it could go out. I worked with them to map out their process end to end, then designed and built a streamlined web app that does it in a few clicks: consistent, polished CVs every time, freeing the team to focus on placing people, not tidying documents.

I’ve recently left my role as the AI Lead at an Insurance Company because I was tired of seeing businesses accept outdated processes as normal, and ignore the benefits they could be realising from the amazing technology that is readily available.
